At Come As You Are LLC, we enjoy working with those who society tends to push aside or forget. Whether you're in the LGBTQ+/2SLGBTQI+ community, Deaf, disabled, or otherwise part of a minority or marginalized group, we are here for you. We provide telehealth therapy services, with a sliding scale available for those utilizing cash pay.
Therapy services are available in the state of Nevada and in British Columbia. Case management is available in Nevada only at this time.
Vex has been practicing therapy since 2015.
I am trained in cognitive behavioral therapy and EMDR. I support individuals, couples, families and adolescents. I have extensive experience in helping LGBTQ+ clients, those in polyamorous/open relationships, and experience with kink and leather community. I'm also retired military and have experience helping those who served.
Vex enjoys playing video games, playing Dungeons & Dragons, and being covered in cats.
Nik has been providing therapy services since 2024. At this time, he manages the office for Come As You Are and additionally offers case management services. Nik will be joining the company as a therapist mid-2026. Nik utilizes CBT, EMDR, and ACT therapy modalities, as well as solution-focused and supportive therapies. Nik also has training in nutrition for healing trauma, Reiki, and trauma-informed yoga.
Nik is conversational in American Sign Language.
Nik enjoys reading, watching TV, and cuddling with a fuzzy blanket near his and Vex's cats.
